Dashboard & Navigation

Once you log in, you'll land on your Dashboard, which displays all your existing certificate designs. From here, you can quickly access and manage your certificate templates.


Top Menu Bar

At the very top of your screen, you’ll find the main menu bar with the following items:

  1. Create New Design

    • Click this button to create a brand-new certificate design.
    • You’ll be taken to a design editor where you can customize layouts, text, and branding elements.
  2. Recipients

    • This link takes you to the Recipients page, where you can issue certificates.
    • Groups: Recipients are organized into groups, each linked to a specific certificate design.
      • Creating a Group: From this page, you can create a new group, assign it to a particular certificate design, and then add recipients.
      • Adding Recipients: Add individual recipients manually or upload a CSV file containing multiple recipients at once.
      • Automatic Issuance: As soon as you add recipients to a group, certificates are automatically issued to them (no additional steps needed).
  3. Settings

    • Here you can update your personal information, reset your password, or upgrade your account subscription.
    • If you need to manage billing details or access advanced account options, you’ll find them under this menu.

Dashboard Tips

  • Click a Certificate Design to edit its layout or update any design elements.
  • View Issued Certificates by navigating to the Recipients section and selecting the relevant group.
  • Keep an Eye on Notifications: Look for any alerts or confirmation messages (e.g., successful CSV upload or certificate issuance) at the top or side of your dashboard.
